भोजपुरी भारत के उत्तर आ पूरबी क्षेत्र में, खास कर के बिहार, उत्तर प्रदेश, आ झारखंड राज्य में लाखों लोग बोले वाली भाषा ह। ई नेपाल आ मॉरीशस के कुछ हिस्सा में भी बोलल जाला। ई भाषा भारत-आर्य भाषा परिवार के सदस्य हवे जे बड़हन इंडो-यूरोपीय भाषा परिवार के हिस्सा हवे। भोजपुरी भाषा का इतिहास : भोजपुरी के उत्पत्ति संस्कृत भाषा से शुरू हो सकेला जवन प्राचीन भारत के साहित्यिक आ प्रशासनिक भाषा रहे। समय के साथ क्षेत्रीय बोली के उदय भइल जवना में भोजपुरी भी शामिल रहे जवन बिहार आ उत्तर प्रदेश के क्षेत्र में विकसित भइल। भोजपुरी पर हिन्दी, उर्दू, आ मैथिली समेत अउरी भाषा के प्रभाव पड़ल बा आ एह भाषा सभ पर भी एकर असर पड़ल बा। समय के साथ भोजपुरी भाषा में बदलाव : समय के साथ भोजपुरी के विकास भइल बा आ बदलाव भी भइल बा। 16वीं सदी के सुरुआती भोजपुरी साहित्य के रचना कैथी के नाँव से जानल जाए वाली लिपि में भइल। बाद में ई भाषा देवनागरी लिपि में लिखल गइल जवना के आजुओ प्रयोग होला. ई भाषा हिंदी आ उर्दू समेत अउरी भाषा सभ के संपर्क से भी प्रभावित भइल बा आ एह भाषा सभ से कई गो उधारी शब्द अपना चुकल बा। हाल के सालन में भोजपुर

Hello there……… First of all, forgive me for conversing with you in English. I know Bhojpuri search has brought you here but my use of English should not raise your brows. Spare just two minutes and do justice to me for doing injustice to you by using English instead of Bhojpuri. Let me make it clear that this site is for promotion of Bhojpuri language, and by using this platform we will try to figure out where we (the Bhojpuris) are? And is our condition so bad (or at least we think so) that we feel shame in talking in Bhojpuri among us. With time, has our denigration for our mother tongue gone to such an extent that we think twice before using Bhojpuri with our next generation and no longer we are ready to pass it to our successors.
